- Investment License;

– Planning drawing of 1/500 functional segment;

- Architectural planning certificate issued by a competent authority;

- An explanation of the investment project together with the basic design documents;

– Documents of commitment/agreement/memorandum or written permission for investment or decision approving investment project;

– Agreements on land allocation, minutes defining boundaries, and location of land plots;

– Documents on investment incentives, tax exemption/reduction;

– Transfer contract or capital contribution agreement of other investors;

– Agreements on investment loans of credit institutions;

- Certificate of guarantee of commercial bank (if any);

- Other relevant documents.
